Meet Master FitCoach Michele Klapprodt.
Michele and her husband Kevin have been happily married for 25 years and have 3 wonderful children Kris (19), Katie (18) and Kasey (16). Michele has lived in many different places from Florida, Chicago, California to Puerto Rico and comes from a family with a strong military background and FBI agents. She graduated from SDSU and played basketball and softball for the Jackrabbits. She chose the teaching route and has enjoyed being a teacher for 21 years. Michele is currently at Western Dakota Tech where she teaches Anatomy/Physiology and Medical Terminology. Michele’s favorite pastimes include sports, boating, fishing, hunting, poker, four-wheeling, and spending time with family and friends. Michele and Kevin spend many weekends traveling to watch their kids compete along the way creating memories and sharing strong family bonds. “I Koko to Keep Up With My Kids.”

With 32 years in the fitness industry, Kara has seen, tried, and taught almost everything. Her grounding health principle all those years has always been that whatever we do should be an integral part of body wellness and something that can be done forever. Heart issues and cancer plague my gene pool so staying healthy is part of my fight to live a little bit longer.
