Bringing in the New Year for 2020 also brings in new owners for Koko FitClub of Rapid City. Amanda Yellow Robe and William Buffo are excited to be moving forward with fresh ideas on exercise and nutrition, coupled with the same deep level of care and accountability for members and their fitness goals.
Amanda, a Certified Master FitCoach, has been a long time manager at the club and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. William’s background in marketing and tech help balance out the ever present position of making sure the club is in great working order and leveraging the latest in nutrition and fitness approaches.

What Are Your Personal Fitness Goals?
Amanda: To maintain my health and endurance so I can keep up with my active children for years to come.
William: Ensure that I have my Diabetes under control and keep making healthy lifestyle choices to support it.
What Is Your Biggest Strength?
Amanda: I’m surprisingly calm when under large amounts of pressure. This means when put on the spot I can make the most effective decision to help others.
William: My passion for doing the best I possibly can at everything I do. I can’t imagine not putting the best version of myself out there.
What Makes a Life Good?
Being able to do the things you love, with the people you love. If you don’t have your health, what do you have?
Do You Prefer Sunrises or Sunsets?
Amanda: Sunsets, because I know that I can wind down a hard working day.
William: In South Dakota, sunrises. In Colorado, sunsets!
